I have a really cool life!  So I created this awesome space and place called Extraordinary Beingness in Gulfport, Florida.  SO many amazing people come in here.  I just met Jeff today.  He is a musician who is out there performing and creating "music to heal the spirit".  We made him some grounding tea, that a dear friend and Ayurvedic Practitioner blends, and had ourselves a nice chat.  Right now it's the end of the day and I am alone in the shop with the stereo cranked and "Walela" singing out loud.   Walela is a Native American music ensemble consisting of Rita Coolidge, Priscilla Coolidge and Laura Satterfield.  If you haven't heard them before, they are TRULY extraordinary. 
Have you ever been in that perfect space?  Where everything feels JUST right?  That's where I am right now in this moment.  Immense gratitude filling me to the brim.
I pause ... smile ... and take a deep breathe.

Well ... have you ever felt just slightly overwhelmed with all of the technology that is out there?  I just turned 44 in december.  Computers were JUST coming into use in my highschool the year after I graduated.  I didn't need a computer all through college, and most students didn't have one.  I finally got my first computer when I entered graduate school in 1996.  Technology has moved so fast since then that it seems as if I am constantly playing catch-up with uploading, downloading, ipods, video streams, files, and whatever else I am often stumbling over in cyber space.  I really WANT to learn how to do everything ... but it feels a little overwhelming.  So ... I am facing my fears, all that I resist ... and I am now (today) blogging for the FIRST time ... AND I started a pod (!!) -- called Extraordinary Beingness.  I truly WELCOME any guidance, advice, comments, suggestions, words of wisdom, WHAThaveYOU!  Do whatever one does with pods and blogs ... and I will respond, participate, and be involved ... in an effort to transform and go outside of my comfort zone with all things cyber.
